In the unfortunate event of an accident, you can now call our new 24x7 hotline for immediate Auto Assistance & Claims Advice!

At the same time, we request your attention to the accident/claim reporting procedures in the following situations:

  1. Report to the Police and any of our Preferred Workshop (within 24 hours) if:
    1. Any party is conveyed by ambulance to hospital or given 3 days’ medical leave even though not brought to the hospital.
    2. Government or foreign registered vehicles are involved.
    3. Government property is damaged eg. lamp post.
    4. A cyclist or pedestrian is involved, whether injured or not.
    5. Vehicle is stolen or vandalized.
    6. As instructed subsequently by the Police.

  2. For all other situations (except claiming only for windscreen or window glass damage), report directly to any of our Preferred Workshops (note: you are no longer required to report to Independent Damage Assessment Centers (IDAC) as from Feb 2005) 
  1. In all acidents (other than theft, windscreen or windo glass damage), you are required to complete the SAS Form (Singapore Accident Statement) and e-file the accident report even if you are not claiming under your policy. Accident report can be e-filed at any of our Preferred Workshops and Liberty Insurance.
  1. For theft or damages to your vehicle’s windscreen/window glass only, please submit your claim using the respective form directly to Liberty Insurance.
