Public Liability Insurance

A basic Public Liability Policy protects the Insured against his own liabilities as well as legal liabilities of his employees and representatives for death, sickness or accidental injury to third parties and for loss of or damage to property which happens in connection with the business insured under the policy and occurs during the period of cover of the policy. Territorial LimitsOur policy is extended to cover anywhere in Singapore and is subject to Singapore jurisdiction. Limit of IndemnityThe maximum amount Insurers are prepared to indemnify following a claim will be specified in the policy schedule. Normally this is a limit for any one occurrence or accident, or event (or a series consequent on or attributed to one source or original cause). The indemnity is usually unlimited in amount during any one Insurance Period. The limit of liability applies to compensation payable as well as claimants costs and expenses.
