To file for your claims on The Traveller, submit the following documents in support of your claim:

· Duly completed Liberty Travel Claim Form |

· Copy of e-ticket and boarding pass or the relevant page (s) of the passport showing entry into or exit from the country of visit |

· Specific documents relevant to the nature of your claim – please refer to Liberty Travel Claim Form for these documents |
