CLAIMS (TOURCARE PLUS)
To file for your TourCare Plus claims, submit the following documents in support of your claim:

· Duly completed Liberty Travel Claim Form |
|
· Copy of e-Ticket and boarding pass or the relevant page(s) of the transport showing entry into or exit from the country of visit |
|
· Specific documents relevant to the nature of your claim – please refer to Liberty Travel Claim Form for these documents |
