LIBERTY GUESS THE NUMBER OF GOLF BALLS CONTEST

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE “LIBERTY GUESS THE NUMBER OF GOLF BALLS CONTEST (“CONTEST ”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”)    

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promotion will be carried out on-site during BMW’s Golf Cup and is open to daily participants of the BMW Golf Cup (“Eligible Participant(s)”) at Tanah Merah Country Club and who have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined in Clause 3   below) during the promotion period on 4 September, 5 September and 6 September from 1330 – 1750hrs. (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To participate in the Promotion to stand a chance to win the Prize (as defined below), Eligible Participants must submit a Qualifying Entry in accordance with Clause 3during the Promotion Period.  Any entries submitted after the end of the daily Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
  3. A Qualifying Entry must fulfill the following conditions: 
    (a) the participant needs to provide accurate contact details as requested in Liberty’s contest entry form;
    (b) the participant needs to provide his / her best guess for the “Guess The Number of Golf Balls” and complete all the required information in Liberty’s contest entry form available at the Liberty booth.
  4. Liberty accepts no responsibility for submissions for this contest not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network, or server failure of any kind.
  5. All Qualifying Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period. One (1) Daily Winner will be selected based on the closest correct answer.   If there is more than 1 closest entry, the Daily Winner will be decided on a lucky draw basis.  Winner will be notified on the day itself and must be present on-site to receive the SGD 200 Gift Voucher (the “Prize”) when announced.  
  6. If the winner fails to comply with any instructions specified by Liberty in order to claim the Prize, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited. Liberty reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize if circumstances beyond Liberty’s control makes it necessary to do so. Liberty expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any Prize to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the Prize.
  7. The Prize will be provided to you by a third-party gift card services vendor (“Third-Party Vendor”) and delivered to you either in person on the day itself or via email by Liberty, in or around one (1) to three (3) days after the results are announced. The gift voucher is also subject to the terms and conditions of our “Third-Party Vendor”.
  8. The Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be altered or redeemed for cash or any benefit in kind under any circumstances.
  9. The Prize will not be refundable or replaced if it is stolen, lost, used without your permission, or not redeemed within the stipulated redemption period. 
  10. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and parties irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  11. No term of this agreement is intended for the benefit of any third-party either under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) or otherwise.
  12. Liberty Insurance reserves the right and discretion to add, amend, withdraw, or void any of the terms and conditions generally or particularly at its sole discretion with immediate effect & without prior notice or assigning any reasons.
  13. You give consent to Liberty and its third parties including related companies, employees, agents, service providers & contractors (collectively, “appointees”), and their appointees, to collect, use and transfer personal data relating to himself/herself or other individuals, for the purposes as described in Liberty Privacy Policy at https://www.libertyinsurance.com.sg/data-protection-policy, including for the purposes of organizing and administering the Contest, for the purposes detailed in the entry form, and all ancillary supportive and incidental purposes therewith. You have read and agreed fully to Liberty’s Data Protection Policy. If there is any personal data relating to other individuals that you have furnished in the past, present & future, you warrant that you have obtained prior consent from them (or if they are lacking in legal capacity, from their legal representatives, guardians or parents as the case may be) for Liberty and its appointees to collect, use and disclose their personal data for the above purposes. You warrant that all personal data you have provided are accurate and complete, and you will inform Liberty of any changes to the personal data to your knowledge as soon as practicable. All consents remain valid until and unless modifications or withdrawals are made to Liberty’s Data Protection Officer at dpo@libertyinsurance.com.sg
  14. You undertake to indemnify and keep Liberty indemnified against all proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities, legal costs (on a solicitor-and-client, indemnity basis), loss or damage arising out of the breach or negligent performance or failure in performance by you of the terms of this Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Liberty against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with your participation in this promotion. 
  15. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of Liberty , which shall be final, and binding and you irrevocably waive any right to and/or shall not challenge or object to its decisions directly or collaterally.
