Transfer of Business from Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd to Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Limited

Subject to the confirmation of the General Division of the High Court of Singapore, effective 1 January 2026, Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd (“LI”) will be transferring its entire insurance business to Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte. Limited (“LSM”).
