In Singapore, Liberty Mutual has historically operated two companies — Liberty Insurance and Liberty Specialty Markets. From 1 January 2026 these companies came together under a single licence, with Liberty Insurance transferring its portfolio to Liberty Specialty Markets. This change was a key step in presenting to you as a simpler, stronger company.

From 1 April 2026, we will trade under a single name in Singapore: Liberty. This aligns our presence across the region under one unified brand. Importantly, our products, people and commitment to our business partners and clients remain unchanged.

As one company, branded as Liberty, you have easier access to one of the market’s broadest ranges of general insurance products, supported by the same trusted relationships. As a unified business, we’re able to support everything from personal insurance needs to bespoke solutions for the region’s largest construction projects, corporate clients, and government organisations.

Effective 1 April 2026:

• Our legal entity name is being updated: from Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte. Limited to Liberty Pte Limited
• Our bank account name changes to Liberty Pte Limited. All other banking details will remain the same.
• Our website moves to: libertyinternational.com/sg
• Our UEN (201538069C), GST registration number, addresses, phone numbers, and our local team remain the same

We kindly ask all vendors and partners to update your systems and records (including panel listings, document templates, finance/vendor details and contact records) to reflect the change to our legal entity name, effective 1 April 2026, and ensure that the following details are reflected on invoices:
